For change-of-mind returns, please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with any original hygiene seals intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us for return instructions before sending anything back.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the shipping label, damaged item, and outer packaging. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
